Single Out Proportional  Card
 
It is the proportional valve control card with a single channel. Its PWM output frequency can be regulated between 100-400 Hz, supply voltage is 20-45 VDC and (for PLC applications) has a 10V reference input.

Ascending and Descending periods can be adjusted to 0-4 seconds. I max = 3A. Supply and bobbin voltage has LED. Has a montage valve control that can be attached on W automat rail.

Double Proportional Card
 

 

It has the same properties Double Proportional Card HET-OK- 701. All of the channels have different supply voltages. Has a straightforward montage that can be done on W automat rail.

 DC Voltage Real Proportional Card

 

It is a single channeled valve control card, which has a supply voltage of 20-45 VDC and 10V reference output (for the applications with potentiometer). In addition to that, it has a 0-10 V reference input for PLC applications and has a supply and bobbin voltage LED. It has a 2A glasses fuse and can easily be installed to W automat rail.

 Transistor Interval Unit Card (Fused)

 

Used for switching DC load (valve, conductor etc.) with PLC or control card output. It has 8 glasses fuse protected 12 A, 80 W PNP transistor. It has LEDs that the output is active and the fuse is blown out. Has a straightforward montage procedure to the W automat rail.

 Transistor Interval Unit Card (Not Fused)
 

 

Used for switching DC load (valve, conductor etc.) with PLC or control card output. It has 10 8A, 60W PNP transistors and LEDs that show that the output is active. Can simply be montaged to the W automat rail.

Relay Output Modules
 

 

Relay output module is used in applications like switching the all-purposed potential voltage to different voltages, to increase the potential contact number, to change DC voltage to AC. There are input voltage source and sink models are present. There are vacuumed MATSUSHITA NAIS relays in the modules, which can switch 8A.

There are models with bobbin voltages of 5VDC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC and 48 VDC. The output conditions can be observed with LEDs. Can be installed onto a rail with its unique feet and slots.

 SSR Card
 

 

SSR card is used in switching AC loads, which are commonly used in industry. Rather than switching the loads directly with the PLC output or the relays connected to the PLC output, it switches them to the everlasting semi-conductor relays. By the courtesy of this logic, PLC outputs are not destroyed and the relays connected to PLC outputs do not cause trouble due to their electrical and mechanical life span.

Diode Modules
 

Diode Modules are used to switch unique voltages other than general ones used in the industry. It is also used in order to increase the existing contact number,  switching AC voltage from AC.

Current Tracking Module
 

 

This is a module used in industry that gives contact according to the desired current values.

Resistance Control Module
 

This Module is designed specially to perceive the diverse resistance differences. The multi-sorted trimpot on it helps it sense a resistance difference of 500 ohms to 3 kiloohms.

Vibrator Control Card
 

 

Our Vibrator Control Card is based on phase control and it has 8 channels. It gets the set values via RS232 serially. It can easily be used in any vibration-needed processes especially in packaging systems.

 Centering and Edge Prosecution Control Systems
 

 

This is a system providing the susceptible movement of a material in a coiled or unlocked bobbin opening to a conveyor line and it is capable of directing the material’s movement, coiling and uncoiling. Other than the system control unit, there are 2 sensors and a 24V DC motor.
